DoIT Data Center maintenance on 7/11

On Saturday, July 11th, from 6:00AM to 7:30AM, DoIT will perform maintenance on the electrical power system for the DoIT Data Center in the Computer Science and Statistics buildings (1210 W. Dayton St.). Production systems will be available throughout the maintenance period; development and test systems will not be available.
The maintenance (which is being conducted in cooperation with Facilities Planning and Management electricians) requires that all electrical power to all three units of the building will be shut down for a short time within the maintenance window. During that time the Data Center will continue operation through the use of its Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
Please be aware that production systems will be available during the maintenance, but development and test systems will not be available. Plan accordingly.
