From about 11:50am-12:08pm, June 29, 2009, UWS customers may have received a Server Not Available message after logging into Learn@UW. UWM customers would not have experienced this problem.
Customers already connected to the app server having problems may have experienced other problems during this timeframe, e.g., difficulty uploading files. We pulled the app server having problems from the load balancer. We are trouble-shooting the problem.
