WebSurvey Replacement Service Available for use

The Qualtrics Survey Hosting Service, the replacement for WebSurvey@UW, is now available for production use.
New users can access the system by going to http://survey.wisc.edu and clicking on "Log-In".
The Help Desk does not provide support for Qualtrics Survey Hosting Service; basic information about obtaining support can be found at UW-Madison Qualtrics - Support.
The Old WebSurvey@UW environment will eventually be phased out; for the details of this process see: [Link for document 12272 is unavailable at this time]
