Thursday, November 26
- General Phones and Email available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- Chat support will not be available
- Both Walk-in Help Desks closed all day
- EAST (option 2 when calling 264-HELP) closed all day
Friday, November 27
- Entire Help Desk will be closed due to mandatory furlough
Saturday, November 28
- Normal services and hours resume
