RESOLVED: An issue with the NetID authentication service may have impacted some UW-Madison users attempting to access the Learn@UW service from approximately 10:49 p.m., Wednesday, February 3, 2010 through 1:50 a.m., Thursday, February 4, 2010. Users may have received an error message during this time frame. This issue should not have impacted other institutions using Learn@UW/D2L.
The issue was resolved by DoIT staff responsible for the authentication service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
