Old Web Survey Environment (https://websurvey.wisc.edu) shut down on Thursday, Sept. 30

The old Web Survey tool, hosted at https://websurvey.wisc.edu, was shut down on Thursday, September 30th.

Surveys and survey results resident in the old environment are no longer be accessible, and the URL for access, https://websurvey.wisc.edu, will redirect to the Qualtrics Survey Hosting Service environment (see below).

New Survey Service

Campus staff and students can instead use the new Qualtrics survey hosting service at https://survey.wisc.edu. This service does not require account creation or subscription and is free of charge. Details of the requirements for use can be found here: http://kb.wisc.edu/helpdesk/page.php?id=13722.
