The ACD upgrade that was scheduled for this past weekend has been rescheduled for tomorrow morning (Tuesday, 02/26, 4:30-6AM).
The ACD upgrade that was scheduled for this past weekend has been rescheduled for tomorrow morning (Tuesday, 02/26, 4:30-6AM).
Terri will contact you before they start and when you can log back on to the phones. While the phones are down, the ACD phones will be forwarded to Message Services. The operators there will tell the callers to call back after 6am. If the caller is calling about an emergency, the operator will call 2-3966 or 2-5518 and provide us with the customer's name and phone number. Then the Help Desk will call the customer back for the details of their problem.
