From about 11:25am through about 2:17pm, customers may have experienced intermittent slowness with the Learn@UW service.
Technical staff are investigating the issue in conjunction with our vendor. As of this point, there is the risk that slow performance may occur again.
We will update this news item with additional detail as we learn more.
