RESOLVED: Learn@UW/D2L - Slow Performance Issues for Wed, Dec 1, 2010

As of 10:50 am, the performance issues that started at 9:15 am are resolved.

Starting about 9:15 am, customers experienced intermittent slowness with the Learn@UW service.  At 10:50 am, the technical staff initiated a failover to the other filesever to resolve the issue.

Technical staff will continue the investigation of the root causes for this issue in conjunction with our vendor.
