From about 11:10am-11:20am, Learn@UW customers could have experienced slowness. Customers could have also experienced slowness for a few minutes around 9:20am.
As far as we can tell, the slowness was temporary, but could potentially happen again.
Technical staff are investigating this issue in conjunction with our vendor. We have made some changes to how our virus scan software operates to help mitigate the issue.
