Wednesday (4/17) morning customers will lose the ability to activate new accounts and to set forwards. We (at the helpdesk) will lose the ability to use our NetID and TH tools.
Wednesday (4/17) morning customers will lose the ability to activate new accounts and to set forwards. We (at the helpdesk) will lose the ability to use our NetID and TH tools. So essentially what that means is that when these tools are turned off (around 8am tomorrow morning) any password problems (resets) have to wait until Friday to actually deal with password problems.
