1098T Forms for Students

Students will be receiving information about their 1098T forms in the near future. This article details when and how students can get their forms.
An e-mail was sent to all UW Madison students who were enrolled in calendar year 2012. The email let them know that,
within the week, a second e-mail will be sent to them from UW System with a link to get to their 1098T.
That email will be from: 1098@eforms.uwsa.edu, inform@getmydocument.com, and/or support@getmydocument.com.
The subject line will be: UW MADISON Form 1098-T 2012 Tax Document Available.
The second email will be sent to the same address as the first email. If a student received the first email, they will get the second one.
If students do not get the emails or log in to download their 1098T, their 1098T will be mailed to them at the end of January.
