RESOLVED: Learn@UW experienced performance and login issues that affected users from all UW System campuses on Tuesday, February 15, 2011.
The issues are as followed:
- UWM slowness from about 10:15am-10:17am
- UWS slowness stating at about 10:37am-10:48am
- All campuses having login problems from about 10:24am-11:05am
We are working with the vendor to pinpoint the cause of the slowness issues and to implement a solution. The login problems were due to a temporary authhub issue,.
