Emeritus Staff Not Able to Access Portal

Currently emeritus and retirees are having problems accessing the portal. This problem will be corrected in the near future. The best way to see if the person is part of this group is to check the Departmental UDDS field in our NetID utility.

Emeritus Staff Not able to Access Portal: Currently emeritus and retirees are having problems accessing the portal. This problem will be corrected in the near future. The best way to see if the person is part of this group is to check the Departmental UDDS field in our NetID utility.

If the Departmental UDDS field is BLANK and the Portal Activation flag is set to Y- then the customer is part of this group that needs to be corrected in the system. See example below…

For now all you can do is tell the customer this is a side affect of the new LDAP directory based system for Portal and is being worked on. Do not send cases up regarding this issue.
