WiscIT: Accessing the Help Online System

Users can access the Help Online System by going to the Services tab in MyUW.
Users who try to access the Help Online System directly using the URLs of
https://infra.doit.wisc.edu/infra/infraEnterprise.aspx?HTMLOnly
https://infra.doit.wisc.edu/infra/ServiceManagerLite.aspx
may encounter authentication errors.
Users can access Help Online successfully by logging into https://my.wisc.edu/ and going to the Services tab. Detailed instructions can be found at WiscIT - Using HelpOnline.
