COMPLETED: Access to Learn@UW was unavailable to all UW System institutions (including UW-Milwaukee) from 6:00 a.m. to 2:08 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2011. Learn@UW technologists installed new database hardware and upgraded the database software to a more current version. These updates will ensure future reliability. Outage pages were displayed to users who may have attempted to access the service during this time frame.
