ISIS users will rely on a web client to access student information. Most ISIS support information has been updated during July, so please review them.

ISIS users will rely on a web client to access student information. Most ISIS support information has been updated during July, so please review the documents. The most critical documents are:
ISIS Handling Information (#384) Two new products have been added for ISIS Browser support
ISIS -Browsers Supported (#1571) Expect most callers to have problems accessing ISIS due to browser problems. Make sure they have Cookies and Java enabled, and that they are using a supported browser.
ISIS -UserID and Password Problems (#1011) The new version of ISIS requires both the UserID and Password to be in UPPERCASE. There are some new rules for creating a strong password, too.
ISIS -Favorites and Bookmarks (#1569) Some users may want to bookmark certain ISIS url?s. We strongly discourage this. This document explains why and what to do if the user insists.
Students can enroll using the web by going through the "Enrollment" tab in the My UW portal. There is no direct link to the Enrollment module. IVR is no longer available! Two important support documents are:
Web Enrollment Handling Information (#1136) This contains the Registrar?s Office url for further Web Enrollment information.
Web Enrollment ?Where to find it (#1611) These are the instructions for navigating through the portal to reach the Enrollment screen for the 2002-2003 term. This also contains the Registrar?s Office url for further Web Enrollment information.
