International Institute support goes LIVE - Mon. 11/06

Starting this Monday, November 6, 2000, Help Desk welcomes a new customer, International Institute. These customers are entitled to specialized Help Desk support.

Starting this Monday, November 6, 2000, Help Desk welcomes a new customer, International Institute. These customers are entitled to specialized Help Desk support based on a contractual agreement with us. They will identify themselves to you as "International Institute customer" (or International Institute Customer with Bascom LAN Gold Support). Key words being "INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE". They will also have a unique site ID of "Internatl$Institute" in the Clarify database. When you select this unique site ID, a flash screen will come up to assist you with their calls.  Please familiarize yourself with the support information.

If you have any problems or questions, see your Tleads.  If your Tlead is not available, you may also ask Chris M, Georgia Z, and Ron Wick,  our designated International Institute "Knowledgeable Agents".
