Updated 11:08 a.m. 11/18/11 - Access to the Learn@UW service can be intermittently interrupted due to an outstanding application issue. Users will receive an error message when attempting to access or use the service when the issue occurs. These events typically last 10 - 15 minutes and users may have to re-authenticate in order to use the service. The investigation as to the cause of the persistent problem continues and is of utmost importance. We will post the time frame when the issue occurs and provide updates via this news item (click on news title for more information).
