Lecture Capture - Unplanned Service Outage (10/10/2010) Ongoing

We are experiencing and unplanned service outage for playback of lecture capture files. We have determined the nature of the outage but not the solution to the problem. We don't know how long this outage will last but hope for a quick resolution.
All files are still safely on the server. Files can still be downloaded locally by instructors from the original e-mails.
Lecture capture will still work in the classrooms and new e-mails to new files will be generated. You may proceed as normal uploading the code to your web host but the files will not be viewable until this outage is resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Updates to this problem will be posted in this same kb news queue.
