All hardware and software service for Windows/Intel laptop computers is billable. USS no longer provides free warranty service for Dell, HP, Gateway and IBM; only the respective vendors provide this service free.
All hardware and software service for Windows/Intel laptop computers is billable. USS no longer provides free warranty service for Dell, HP, Gateway and IBM; only the respective vendors provide this service free. If the customer does not choose the vendor’s direct support line, they can expect to pay at least one hour minimum charge for diagnosis plus any other related charges. If they have a WiscCare contract for the laptop, service may be included in the contract; refer to the contract for details.
