The turnoff of ineligible WW facstaff account will be occuring by 4 PM on 11/08/00. In addition to the information gathered for the student account turnoff cases, please find out when the caller was last paid.

In addition to the information gathered for the student account turnoff cases, please find out when the caller was last paid. If greater than 6 weeks, they may be no longer be eligible for a WW account. Give a grace period and escalate.
