Access to Learn@UW was unavailable for all UW System institutions (including UW-Milwaukee) from on Sunday Dec 11, 2011 from 3:00 pm until approx. 4:00 pm due to an enterprise storage outage for the fileservers.
The outage for Learn@UW Service is related to the DoIT Operations Enterprise Storage outage. Additional information on that issue can be found at http://outages.doit.wisc.edu.
The Enterprise Storage outage has been resolved and technical staff are completing a verification fo the servers and services.
Technical staff are continuing an investigation of this issue. We will update this news item with additional detail as we learn more.
