RESOLVED: The DoIT Streaming Media Service experienced degraded performance for Flash media streaming until approximately 9:45 a.m. on Friday, December 23, 2011. Some users may have experienced long delays or entirely unable to view content. This issue was a side-effect of a complete outage of the Flash streaming service that occurred from approximately 1:44 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011.
