RESOLVED: Learn@UW/D2L users (including UW-Milwaukee) may have experienced slow response with the service, especially the Quiz tool, from approximately 11:25 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 through 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012. The vendor (D2L) completed deployment of a set of performance hotfixes at 12:09 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, without disrupting access to the service, which appear to have resolved the behavior.
