Spring '03 WebCT courses are available via the WebCT web page or the MyUWMadison portal. From myUWMadison, available courses have links under the Academic tab. No additional logons are required.

There is a 24-hour delay between the time a student enrolls in a course through ISIS Web enrollment and the time they are enrolled in their WebCT course. This problem is most noticeable during the add/drop period.
For calls where a student cannot access their course from myUWMadison, or their course does not appear on their myWebCT page, find out if the student has just enrolled in the course. If they have, the agents should notify the student about the 24-hour delay.
If the student is panicky (e.g., have to take a quiz, access an assignment, etc.), escalate the case and webct-support can add the student. For WebCT login problems, follow the normal trouble-shooting procedures.
