The Office of Campus Information Security (OCIS) has started seeing computers infected with the Flashback virus on UW-Madison's networks. Follow the instructions below to learn more about the virus and how to remove it.
Apple has released the following article on the Flashback virus:
Apple has released a removal tool as part of Software Update. We are recommending that users that are infected run Software Update to remove the Flashback virus.
