WW Account Turnoff Update 12/01

When customers call stating that their WiscWorld account has been turned off, set radio buttons to YES and escalate the case.
When customers call stating that their WiscWorld account has
been turned off, do the following:
1) Click the TH radio buttons to YES.
Mail Eligible and Dial Eligible will still say NO.
2) Escalate a case.
Remember to include the necessary information.
This will allow the customer access while the WW account
manager reviews the case.
