Announcement: Increased volume of Unable to Launch the application or Unsigned application requesting unrestricted access to system errors in Web Conferencing and Elive! after Java update. These errors are resolved by clearing the java cache.

This error can easily resolved by clearing the Java cache. Links take you to the Blackboard Collaborate Support Portal.
