Doit2 will be taken down at 4:30pm 02-13-03. The outage is expected to last about 30 minutes.
We have an abend on DOIT2 that needs to be resolved and will require a reboot of the server. We also have a problem with one of the drives in the storage array attached to DOIT1 and DOIT2. We will repair both problems at the same time. Although the outage is scheduled on DOIT2 only, the repair of the drive failure has the potential to crash DOIT1. We do not expect DOIT1 to have problems but you should be prepared. If you are working on something which is stored on the M: or N: drives, you should save your work prior to 1630. Network printing will also be unavailable during this outage. We expect DOIT2 to be down for no more than 30 minutes.
