Learn@UW/D2L - Outstanding Intermittent Service Issue

The Learn@UW/D2L service is experiencing an outstanding intermittent issue that impacts all UW institutions (including UW-Milwaukee). Users may experience relatively short periods (approximately 3-5 minutes) of slow response while using the application. Users should wait a few minutes and attempt the action again as the condition should pass in a matter of minutes. Learn@UW Utility technologists and the vendor (D2L) are investigating the issue.
