RESOLVED: Blackboard resolved a problem that may have impacted users between 11:20a - 11:40a on Tuesday, September, 04, 2012. Users may have experienced the following symptoms:

  • * Inability to access SAS, Web Conferencing.
  • * Connection Timeout error when accessing services.
  • * Inability to connect to services.
  • * When Downloading Components after launch, "Unable to launch the application" error

Please note that if you are unable to access a session, you should clear your java cache.

Blackboard apologizes for the inconvenience that this disruption may have caused and will continue to work towards reducing further disruptions.
