Learn@UW/D2L - Service issue RESOLVED

Some users of the Learn@UW Service may have experience slowness or timeout errors accessing and using the service. Specifically, we received reports beginning at 11:10 am that users at UWPLATT, UWLAX, and UWMAD, were experiencing problems, but other campuses may have been affected.

Learn@UW Technical staff and D2L are engaged in investigating the root causes for the slowness. The issues at UWPLATT and UWLAX seem to have resolved by 12:30 pm. Issues at UWMAD may have had a different root cause. They should have been resolved at approximately 1:56 pm.
