RESOLVED: All Learn@UW users experienced a service outage this morning between 8:48am-9:22am. The service impact was an unexpected result of a diagnostic database process run by Desire2Learn to gather performance information. The incident was ended when the diagnostic process was terminated at 9:22am.

The Learn@UW team is following up with the vendor to review the incident and take steps to prevent a recurrence.
