RESOLVED: Access to uploads for Dropbox, Locker and Discussion attachments in Learn@UW was unavailable for all UW System institutions (including UW-Milwaukee) from ~3:30 am-7:00 am on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. The issue was resolved by DoIT technologists.
