RESOLVED: Service was impacted between 7AM and 8:46AM Thursday, January 31, for some UW Stevens Point users, and might have affected users at UW Colleges and UW-Extension Continuing Education Outreach and E-Learning (CEOEL). Following scheduled work by D2L during the maintenance window, an application server did not complete the installation process. The condition was resolved by removing the affected server from production load and completing the process.

We regret this service disruption and have engaged D2L in a follow-up investigation.
