ISIS PSNT Process Scheduler Restart for SOAR

The Testing & Evaluation Services (T&E) and SOAR staff report that the ISIS Process Scheduler is not running the three processes (jobs) needed to run to prepare placement scores for SOAR advisors.

The staff at Testing & Evaluation Services (T&E) and SOAR will be calling the Help Desk when the ISIS Process Scheduler is not running (asleep) the three processes (jobs) which need to run to prepare placement scores for SOAR advisors. This should only occur on the following Sundays: July 13, July 20, July 27, and August 24th. When the PSNT Process Scheduler for ISIS is asleep, only Phil Koenig and Larry Schiebel can restart it.

When these calls come in, the Help Desk should open a case using the product "ISIS Client or Network" and make contact with either Phil (P7K, phone #849-6556) or Larry (LS2, phone #850-5736).
