UW-Madison is implementing a policy setting standards for campus web sites. Customers are instructed to call the Help Desk with questions.
UW-Madison is implementing a policy setting standards for campus web sites. Customers are instructed to call the Help Desk with questions. If you get a call, please follow our on-line "Web Access Handling" procedure document located at: http://helpdesk.doit.wisc.edu/internal/page.php?id=806
Note that Help Desk is NOT expected nor should we attempt to interpret the policy for the customers. For basic information such as policy details, classes, services and events available, Help Desk can refer the customer to the web policy page (located at http://www.doit.wisc.edu/accessibility/). For all others, create a case, escalate it to HDI and HDI will escalate it to 2nd level.
