Access to Learn@UW disrupted for UWS and UWM users
Work scheduled for the maintenance window did not complete by 7am due to problems restarting Service Manager. These problems were corrected by 7:33am. Services would have been disrupted for UWS and UWM users prior to 7:33am.
A second issue resulted in some users experienced "HTTP Error 503" errors. The issue was isolated to two UWS application servers experiencing problems. The servers were pulled from load at 8:24am.
D2L resources are engaged and both problems are being investigated. At this time, we do not have any more definite information.
We regret the service disruption and will provide follow up communications as we learn more from D2L.
