Desire2Learn (Learn@UW) - Document viewer is not responding

Currently, users attempting to view documents in the D2L document viewer (within Content and Dropbox tools) will see a "Loading" icon but the document does not render. As a workaround, the document can be downloaded, then viewed. Technologists are investigating the cause of the issue.
