Known Issue: Missing Cable TV Channels [RESOLVED]

The known issue affecting the ability to tune to several channels on the campus residential Cable TV network has been resolved. Read on for more information on the problem and resolution.
The affected channels, listed in the table below, are normally accessed using the virtual number; this is the number typically used when scanning for channels on your TV. However, the virtual channel information for these specific channels was missing, so this number did not bring up the channel.
Technicians have resolved this issue, and users can now perform a re-scan on their TVs to get these channels working with the virtual number.
