Web Enrollment login issue: Users logged out immediately.

In advance of your Enrollment Appointment Time, you may want to check to make sure that you can successfully connect to web enrollment. Additionally, if you are experiencing problems logging in to Web Enrollment there are some setting that you can check to resolve the issue.

In advance of your Enrollment Appointment Time, you may want to check to make sure that you can successfully connect to web enrollment. Last week we had a small number of students that were unable to connect to web enrollment, and they received a message indicating "session expired due to inactivity". If you experience this problem, check the following settings on your computer:

  1. Check that your computer time is set to the current time.
  2. Make sure the time zone is set to Central Time.
  3. Adjust for daylight savings time" option is checked on windows machines.
  4. You may need to delete your web browser cache and cookie files as well.
