Users can use the Manage Files tool within Learn@UW to work around this. Techs are working with the vendor to get this resolved. See case 031107-0196 for more details.
Last we heard from the tech's: "*** NOTES 12/15/2003 09:44:11 AM dwv Action Type: Technologist Review Just a note to indicate that, yes, this is still an (intermittent) problem, and yes, we are still working with the vendor to resolve it. -dwv"
