On Tuesday, January 16, 2001, DoIT will announce the addition of an LDAP-accessible campus directory. Customers will be instructed to call the Help Desk with questions.

Product name "LDAP" has been added and will show up in Clarify by Monday or latest Tuesday. All LDAP cases will be escalated to the "0-SE-NST-LAN" queue.
