[Last updated 9/9, 2:36PM] Users began reporting slow response times and error messages beginning at approximately 2:10PM on 9/8. A similar, earlier incident occurred at approximately 10:08AM. Click to read more.
Although the service is currently stable, risk of a reoccurrence remains at this time. Until the issue is resolved, it's recommended that you plan extra time for your work in the system and save your work often.
Technologists continue to work to identify and resolve the cause of the issue and updates will be continually provided.
