Desire2Learn (Learn@UW) - Service issue affecting user records and course roster updates

Technologists are investigating an issue that is preventing user record and course enrollment data from being updated in Desire2Learn via the overnight feed from the university directory service.
As a result of this issue:
- Users with newly activated NetIDs may not be able to log on to D2L even after the overnight waiting period has elapsed
- Timetable course rosters will not be up to date
- Recent name changes, email address changes, or NetID changes for both enrolled students and for university employees may not appear in D2L in a timely manner
Users with newly activated NetIDs who cannot access D2L after the overnight waiting period are encouraged to contact the DoIT Help Desk for assistance with receiving access.
Technologists are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
