Help Desk Winter Break Phone Hours

The hours the DoIT Help Desk (phones, chat, email) will be open over Winter Break (Sun, Dec 21 - Mon, Jan 19).

The DoIT Help Desk will have modified hours for the Winter holiday, as follows:

  • Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day (Wed, Dec 24 - Thur, Dec 25) – The DoIT Help Desk will be closed.

  • Friday, December 26 – The DoIT Help Desk will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, December 27 – The DoIT Help Desk will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day (Wed, Dec 31 - Thur, Jan 1) – The DoIT Help Desk will be closed.
