Clarify Outage on Saturday Morning (03/13/04, 8 am - noon)

The Clarify system (problem tracking system) will be unavailable between 8 AM - noon on Saturday (03/13/04) for important modifications and fixes in the Clarify-to-CBS interface.
During this time, Help OnLine will not be available at the Help Desk web site or MyUW portal. The upgrade should also restore the functionality of some Clarify options that had been awaiting these changes.
