Service issue affecting Learn@UW/D2L (RESOLVED: Jan 26, 1:45pm)

Users from multiple campuses (excluding UW-Milwaukee) experienced slow response times with the Document Viewer service within Learn@UW/D2L.
Logs indicate that the slowness began at about 11:00am Monday, Jan 26. Learn@UW technicians investigated and corrected the problem at about 1:45pm, Monday, Jan 26.
