ResNet urges residents to reduce outbound traffic

If you get calls about ResNet network traffic, tell the caller we are taking comments. Create a case with the title "Resnet Network Comment," appropriate notes, and product = Gen Info Inquiry. Then dispatch to hd-follow ups queue.

The following message was sent to dorm residents yesterday morning...
